NTT Data Myanmar has 4 steps of recruitment flow. In the selection process include scanning CV, Written test, Individual interview, second interview. If the candidate pass all this selection process, we continue employment process.
Recruitment Procedure:
Scanning CV forms.
Written Test (We held the written test including technical test Japanese test who has Japanese skill).
Individual Interview (The candidates who pass the written test will be selected in individual interview).
Second interview (we will arrange the second interview if required).
Employment (Giving offer).
